A Health Coach is also the link between your Health Professional ( for example your GP, Nurse or Physio) and your body’s innate ability to heal itself. Maybe you have been told you need to lose weight, exercise more, consume less alcohol, quit smoking, reduce your risk factors for Heart Disease, Stroke or Type-2 Diabetes. Maybe you have a family history of Cancer or Dementia and you want to give yourself the best chance to reduce your risks. You know you need to address this but are just not sure where to start. Maybe you have been given a Green Prescription but are just not sure how to follow it through.
